Real Spirits' Second release of Double Barrel Whiskey starts as the mash of Real Ale’s award winning Scotch Ale, Real Heavy. This complex malt bill includes caramalt, chocolate malt and peated malt, which creates a character in the whiskey that sets it apart from the rest. It is distilled twice in a hand-hammered copper pot still, and then aged in new charred white oak barrels. After 17 months, the whiskey is transferred into a Port barrel from Fredricksburg, TX winery, Grape Creek Vineyards. After 4 months in this port barrel, the whiskey takes on flavors of baking spices, cinnamon, maple syrup, sweet dried fruit, coconut and an underlying hint of smoke and leather.

*750ml bottles of our Texas Hill Country Gin, Signature Whiskey, and Double Barrel Whiskey #2 available for sale to-go (limit 1 double barrel per person)
Join the riders of the Hill Country Trail Ride for the this time honored tradition. Coffee and breakfast will be served for the riders and the public before the riders head out on their last leg of their journey.

Yett Memorial Park Pavilion
It’s almost time for another Real Ale 5K Beer Run! Starting and finishing at the brewery, this course runs south through downtown Blanco, by the Blanco River and back to Real Ale. One water stop at the 1.5 mile point will be manned by the Friends of Blanco State Park. After cooling off, runners can hit the tasting room.
Forget about heading to the city to shop - Shop Small on November 25. Arts in the Park will have an Art Walk on the Courthouse square and local establishments will be open and ready to welcome you. Keep your money local and show your love for your community by keeping your dollars here. #ShopSmall
Join your community and participate in this time honored tradition. The Courthouse lights will be illuminated at 6:00 p.m. Gather on the courthouse steps to sing carols leading up to the big moment. After the lights come on, make some time to visit with Santa. Stroll the square, all the businesses will be staying open late to help kick off the holiday season. Stroll through Bindseil Park and see the lights display.
